Overview
The Microbiological Risk Assessment series entails all monographs resulting from meetings of the 'joint FAO/WHO expert meetings on microbiological risk assessment' (JEMRA), providing scientific risk assessments for selected pathogens as well as developing guidelines for and providing expert advice on microbiological risk assessments.
