Handbook for the assessment of capacities at the human–animal interface, 2nd ed

This handbook highlights the synergies and complementarities between the Joint External Evaluation (JEE) tool and the OIE’s Performance of Veterinary Services (PVS) Pathway, a solid and widely used framework available for national Veterinary Services to assesses their performance. PVS Pathway reports greatly facilitate the work of the JEE by providing concrete information regarding the national Veterinary Services’ contribution to specific core capacities defined in the IHR (2005).
