Method of estimation:
Data represent responses from the WHO Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health Policy Survey, 2018-2019. Survey response options included: Yes, 0-5 years; Yes, 5-9 years; No; Unknown. For countries where the associated question was not relevant and thus not asked, a code of "Not asked" was added as the response in data cleaning. For countries that responded Yes for both 0-5 and 5-9 age groups, a new response option was created for Yes, 0-9 in data cleaning.
