Emergency risk communication training
This course is aimed to provide WHO Member states with an introductory set of self-use learning material on risk communication for epidemics, pandemics and other health emergencies.
The course is based on materials developed and tested by WHO as part of its work on risk communication capacity building under the International Health Regulations (2005) and the Pandemic Influenza Preparedness (PIP) Framework.
Please feel free to use the material as part of individual or team activities to strength risk communication knowledge. The course focuses on key knowledge that is required for the practice of emergency risk communications. Skills development requires other formats of learning.
