Accelerating impact of innovations for health

The scale-up of effective, quality health innovations require a better understanding of barriers to implementation and uptake to reach the most vulnerable populations. WHO will support research to address such barriers, strengthen primary health care systems, and innovate delivery of interventions to achieve universal health coverage. WHO will also examine the ethical, social, and public health aspects of emerging technologies.
